BUILDING SERVICES
The module will introduce the students to services that are commonly provided in buildings, which includes cold and hot water supply system, sewerage treatment, drainage and storm water management, electrical supply, ire protection system, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning system and mechanical transportation system.

PROJECT 1 - CASE STUDY OF BUILDING SERVICES
RTM Wisma Angkasapuri is chosen for my case study. We went for a site visit and analysed the building services that is used in RTM Wisma Angkasapuri.
After this project, I am able to understand the basic building services so that it can be applied to the building designed to ensure that the design is practical and buildable.
PROJECT 2 - APPLICATION OF BUILDING SERVICES

Project 2 is group of 2 assignment on application of basic building services. This project is to apply building services systems to a domestic sized building. This exercise requires students to demonstrate their understanding on the application by producing technical drawings incorporating the necessary building services
At the end of this assignment, I am able to develop understanding and knowledge of building services systems in design and construction.Besides, I am able to apply appropriate building services system and solution for a specific design and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicability of specific building services systems in the design in response to practical considerations. This project also helps to develop students’ ability to resolve issues related to specific building services systems.
